Along With A Lot Of Hard Work Some Really Fun Activities Go On In Sunrise Shores, Too.

First Friday Fun Night.

This event is new this year and happens on the first Friday of every month. Sometimes there is a theme and other evenings it’s just a get together to play games and visit. In the past we have had a “Decorate Your Ride” night for our 4th of July Community Parade. Kids on bicycles and “Big Kids” on golf carts came together to decorate, then socialized with a hot dog cookout…we do love our food in this community. So, come on down and join in!

The Road Crew Is Our Pride and Joy In The Community!

This group of resident volunteers has made a huge difference in Sunrise Shores. With over 200 tons of road repair material used in the initial round to fill potholes in the entire community, our streets are VERY MUCH improved. As of July 2022 all of the streets in the community have had the potholes filled. A new round of maintenance will start in Sept. 2022 until funds are available for sections of overlays.

This was, and is, only possible because of over 500 hrs of VOLUNTEER MANPOWER and $8,000 from “Good Neighbor” donations. This was as of  7/2022. Won’t you join your neighbors in volunteering and donating!
